ASSIGNMENT:

Using the illusions of motion listed below & discussed in our lecture you will create your own emojis that illustrate a specific motion and act. Please pick three options from this list to help you achieve the illusion of motion within your SIMPLE Emoji designs:
– Conveying/capturing anticipated movement
– Repeating
– Cropping
– Blurring
– Fragmenting
– Eliciting a kinesthetic response

In Graphic app render emojis using your chosen illusion of motion paired with your preferred subject matter. Draw one design per category (3 final designs total) and post them on your blog. Please label your designs with what illusion of motion they were inspired by. You must research and read/listen to the links below before Thursday.

EMOJI GUIDELINES:

Choose a color scheme of 3 colors max

Decide on a clear act or motion to depict

Create something new – avoid duplicates

Use your color knowledge of shading and tinting to create depth

employ a variety of lines 

Think simple!
